Food Diary Terms of Use

Food Diary is provided by Nino Cmrecnjak. These terms govern your use of the Food Diary service. Contact: ninocmr@proton.me.

App license

For the iOS app, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the app license. These service terms supplement that license; they do not replace it.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in details secure. Only enter or share content that you have the right to use. You retain your rights to your content and allow Food Diary to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use, including synchronization and household sharing.

Household sharing is optional and limited to invited members. Take care when inviting others or sharing content with your household.

Acceptable use

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not use Food Diary to post or share illegal, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit or harassing content, exploit others, or infringe another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

We may remove offending content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. To raise an abuse or content concern, contact ninocmr@proton.me. Include enough information to identify the problem without sending passwords or payment credentials.

Subscriptions and account trial

Food Diary offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions for continued access to its subscription features. The app displays the price in your store's currency and the subscription period before you confirm a purchase. The store's purchase confirmation controls the amount charged.

The 30-day account trial does not require a subscription and does not automatically charge you. If you choose to subscribe during that trial, payment starts immediately and overlaps the remaining trial time.

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account settings. For Apple subscriptions, turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Uninstalling Food Diary or deleting your Food Diary account does not cancel a store subscription. Refund requests are handled through the store under its applicable rules.

Food Diary is a tracking tool, not a medical service. Food and nutrition data may contain errors. Check information important to your needs and seek qualified professional advice for medical decisions.

Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled. You can request account deletion. Manage any active subscription separately in your store account.

Changes and your rights

Updated terms will be published here with a new version date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
